And the warmth of hospitality, the desire to care for others, and the taste for freedom of being.<\/p><p>From the very beginning, there has been an existential quest. It has never left me.<\/p><p>My professional activity has been developed over decades of research, training, and practice, in order to make sense of human existence, starting with my own. My unique approach as a therapist is the result of the contribution of each of these elements, which are an integral part of who I am:<\/p><ul><li>Naturopathy opened my eyes to <strong>the concept\u00a0<\/strong><b>of Aliveness.<\/b>How to take care of it within ourselves and around us, how to create an alliance and work together for good.<\/li><li>Hypnosis, NLP, sophrology, and neuroscience have allowed me to understand <strong>the power of the brain and the mind<\/strong> and how to make them allies in everyday life.<\/li><li>The discovery of my <strong>neurodivergence<\/strong> 15 years ago profoundly transformed my personal and professional life. Ten years later, I created <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><a href=\"https:\/\/www.hypersensibles.com\/methode3d\/\">The 3D Method<\/a> <\/span>a holistic approach to <strong>hypersensitivity<\/strong> <strong>and neuro-divergence <\/strong>which I teach to therapists and use to support those who struggle to move forward in this world without clipping their magnificent, unique, and precious wings.\u00a0<\/li><li>Gestalt addresses all dimensions of being, including <strong>emotions and feelings<\/strong>.
