Where it Began

La Parenthèse is a 30- year-old dream come true.

A place that welcomes all aspects of the self. A place where people could come to retreat. To escape from the world, from noise, from hyperstimulation, from hyper-demands. A space where people could find themselves, breathe, and settle down. A place that integrates the body, heart, and mind in a preserved environment charged with energy that is both powerful and soothing.

A place of resources where everything invites you to rest, unwind, and find yourself. A place to return to yourself, take a step back, and leave feeling lighter, grounded, and rejuvenated.

The Encounter

There are encounters with places, just as there are encounters with people, that have an impact on us. Something happens, a sudden attraction, a flash of inspiration, a moment of clarity.

I thought I was the one looking for it, but when this presbytery came along, I had to face the facts. It was the presbytery that found me.

There have been many landscapes to cross on this journey of humanity. Some were difficult, arid, and cracked, others were round like a mother's womb, soft like an autumn morning. And then There have been many landscapes to cross on this journey of humanity. Some were difficult, arid, and cracked, others were round like a mother's womb, soft like an autumn morning. And then one day, the invitation came...…

I said yes to my 30-year-old dream and to the path of transformation that goes hand in hand with its reconstruction and creation.

It is in this place and from this space that I welcome you.

La Parenthèse, an experience

  • The Presbytère is a powerful place that welcomes you into a beautiful environment. It speaks for itself, and I second that. My role is to take care of it and you.
  • La Parenthèse is the experience that takes place there, beyond time, beyond the world, designed to allow you to:
    • Slow down
    • Take a break
    • Reconnect with yourself
    • Experience
    • Learn
    • Recharge

My background

Through training, life experiences, and reflection, I have guided and shared my knowledge with the aim of encouraging my clients and trainees to refocus on themselves, their bodies, their history, their minds, and their hearts. I still carry this practice forward today.

I was born with a “clump of earth in my belly,” a taste for the seasons, cycles, and mysteries of life. And the warmth of hospitality, the desire to care for others, and the taste for freedom of being.

From the very beginning, there has been an existential quest. It has never left me.

My professional activity has been developed over decades of research, training, and practice, in order to make sense of human existence, starting with my own. My unique approach as a therapist is the result of the contribution of each of these elements, which are an integral part of who I am:

  • Naturopathy opened my eyes to the concept of Aliveness. How to take care of it within ourselves and around us, how to create an alliance and work together for good.
  • Hypnosis, NLP, sophrology, and neuroscience have allowed me to understand the power of the brain and the mind and how to make them allies in everyday life.
  • The discovery of my neurodivergence 15 years ago profoundly transformed my personal and professional life. Ten years later, I created The 3D Method a holistic approach to hypersensitivity and neuro-divergence which I teach to therapists and use to support those who struggle to move forward in this world without clipping their magnificent, unique, and precious wings.
  • Gestalt addresses all dimensions of being, including emotions and feelings. It is a vehicle forawareness (Consciousness) and “deep emotional cleansing,” and it allows us to put things in their proper place. It is the foundation of my practice.
  • Non-duality throughAdhyathma yoga (Adhi : towards,  atma : self) Non-duality through Adhyatma yoga (Adhi: towards, atma: self) is a way of being in the world, a pragmatic, non-mystical way of being in the world that comes from Advaita Vedanta. “A scientifically inspired way of thinking, free from superstition and open, through psychoanalysis, to the deepest regions of the mind.” (Daniel Roumanoff) It invites us to consider the path of humanity from a perspective that is both much broader and at the same time much simpler. A deeply liberating school of life.
